- How long does a private label project take?
- Formula development runs 45 to 60 days from an approved brief. A paid sample kit costs USD 100 and is used for approval before production is scheduled.
- Which certifications and documentation do you hold?
- The factory operates under ANVISA registration and GMP. We issue PIF and technical dossier, CPSR, MSDS, certificate of free sale and certificate of origin, and halal documentation for the Gulf.
- Do you sign an NDA and grant formula exclusivity?
- Yes. We sign NDAs and grant exclusivity over formulas developed for your brand.
- Which countries do you ship to and on what terms?
- We have supplied brands in more than 100 countries across every continent. We work with all Incoterms, shipping from the Port of Santos, Brazil. Payment is 50% at project start and 50% before shipment, in USD or another agreed currency.
- Are your formulas formaldehyde-free?
- Yes, 100% of our formulas are formaldehyde-free. We offer both glyoxylic-acid and glyoxylic-acid-free versions of our smoothing lines depending on the destination market.
