Brazilian manufacturing for North American hair care brands.
The US is the largest private label hair care market in the world, and Brazilian smoothing and repair technology is one of its strongest differentiators. We manufacture under ANVISA registration and GMP, and supply the documentation your MoCRA file needs.
MoCRA moved the burden onto documentation.
Under MoCRA, the responsible person established in the US registers the facility, lists the product and holds adequate safety substantiation and adverse-event records. That file depends on data only the manufacturer can provide.
We supply that data set with the project — full formula and INCI, batch analysis, stability, challenge testing and MSDS — so your regulatory partner can complete the listing without chasing the factory.

Preguntas que los compradores nos hacen primero.
- Do you support MoCRA requirements for the US market?
- We supply the manufacturing-side documentation US brands need to build their file: full formula and INCI, batch analysis, MSDS, stability data and third-party challenge testing. Facility registration and product listing are filed by the responsible person established in the US.
- Can you produce US-compliant labelling?
- Yes. Artwork is produced in house with ingredient declaration, net contents, warnings and the format US retail requires, plus bilingual English–French versions for Canada.
- Are your formulas formaldehyde-free?
- Yes, 100% of our formulas. Where a formulation or a buyer requires it, we also supply glyoxylic-acid-free versions of our smoothing lines.
- What is the minimum order and lead time for a US launch?
- 300 L per SKU. Development runs 45 to 60 days from an approved brief, with a USD 100 sample kit used for approval before production is scheduled.
- Do you also serve Canada?
- Yes. Canadian projects follow the same manufacturing and documentation path, with bilingual English–French labelling produced in house.
- How does product reach North America?
- By sea from the Port of Santos under any Incoterm, as finished branded units or as bulk drums for filling by a local contract filler.
