1. About these terms

This website is operated by ECO BEAUTY INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO LIMITADA - ME (CNPJ 46.621.687/0001-83), Rua Teofilo Braga, 17 - Taquaral, Campinas - SP, 13075-390, Brazil. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

2. Business customers

Our services are offered to companies and professional buyers (B2B). By contacting us you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business.

3. Quotations and orders

Prices, lead times and minimum quantities shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. A production order exists only after a written quotation is confirmed by both parties and the agreed advance payment is received.

4. Formula Discovery Kit

• The kit contains 10 bottles of 300 ml, with a maximum of 4 units per formula.
• Price is USD 129 with international shipping included.
• The USD 129 is credited in full against your first production order placed within 90 days of payment. The credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Kits are produced to order; once production starts the order cannot be cancelled. Samples are for professional evaluation only and are not for resale.
• Delivery times depend on customs clearance in the destination country; import duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility.

5. Products and compliance

Formulations are manufactured in Brazil under our quality standards. The customer is responsible for the registration, labelling, claims and regulatory compliance of the finished product in the destination market, and for verifying that the chosen formula is permitted there. We provide the technical documentation reasonably required to support that process.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, formulations, trademarks and design — belongs to Eco Beauty and may not be reproduced without written authorisation. Brand assets you send us remain yours and are used only to execute your project.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or commercial opportunity.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with jurisdiction in Campinas, Sao Paulo, unless a different jurisdiction is mandatory for your purchase.
