Hair care manufacturing for African brands, distributors and local fillers.
Textured-hair expertise, competitive Atlantic freight and a documentation package built for import clearance. We supply finished branded product or bulk drums for filling in your own market.
Clearance and landed cost decide the project.
Requirements vary widely by country, but importers consistently need a certificate of free sale and a certificate of origin from Brazil, batch analysis, MSDS and a technical data sheet — often with pre-shipment conformity assessment on top.
Landed cost is the second decision. Bulk drums filled locally cut freight per unit substantially and keep packaging spend in your own currency, so we quote both models side by side.

أسئلة يطرحها المشترون علينا أولاً.
- Which documents do African importers usually require?
- Certificate of free sale and certificate of origin from Brazil, certificate of analysis per batch, MSDS and full INCI. Several markets also require pre-shipment inspection or conformity assessment, which we support with the same document set.
- Do you supply products for coily and high-porosity hair?
- Yes. Moisture leave-ins, curl activators, deep repair masks and rich botanical oils are core categories for us, alongside relaxing and smoothing systems.
- Is bulk supply a good option for African markets?
- Often, yes. Shipping bulk drums and filling locally lowers freight cost per unit and lets you use local packaging. We provide COA, TDS and MSDS so your filler can work within local rules.
- What is the minimum order and lead time?
- 300 L per SKU, with 45 to 60 days of development from an approved brief and a USD 100 sample kit for approval before production.
- How does product reach Africa from Brazil?
- By sea from the Port of Santos under any Incoterm, with air freight available for samples and small high-value shipments. Brazil to West Africa is one of the shorter Atlantic crossings.
