NATURALE ALOE MASK

   Purpose: a conditioning step before professional smoothing for hair showing dryness, roughness or mild damage. Particularly useful for Afro-textured hair, tightly coiled curls and coarse strands when additional hydration and nourishment are needed.

   Cleanse — wash with a neutral shampoo, preferably from the same collection. Rinse thoroughly.

   Apply — gently remove excess water. Apply the mask evenly through damp lengths and ends, working section by section.

   Allow to process, according to the hair's condition and conditioning needs.

   Rinse completely with water, removing all of the mask.

   Prepare for the smoothing service — continue with the preparation required by the selected smoothing formula, including complete drying when specified. Do not add conditioner or serum between the mask and the smoothing service unless the chosen formula's protocol requires it.

Professional note: assess the hair and perform the smoothing formula's strand test before proceeding. This conditioning step does not make severely damaged or breaking hair suitable for a chemical service.

   Finish — style as desired. A suitable serum may be used on the lengths and ends for finishing.

How often should I use it? Use 3–5 times per week, according to your hair's hydration and nourishment needs. Start with three applications and adjust according to how the hair responds. Reduce frequency or the amount applied if the hair feels heavy or coated.
